Part-Time Relationship Officers

Due to the continued expansion of our operations we are seeking persons who have had experience of working in a commercial bank and who are willing to join our young and dynamic team to take on a broad range of responsibilities of a commercial, administrative and operative nature.
Responsibilities
The candidate would be expected to perform various duties, to ensure a high level of service to customers at all times and to achieve the Bank’s objectives for customer focus, profitability and business growth. Candidates will be required to work both morning and afternoon shifts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate, apart from having experience in banking should have a strong ability at building and enhancing customer relationships. An academic qualification in Banking and Finance although not necessary would be considered an asset.
Supervisor - Gozo

FunctionThe person in this function is responsible for the diversified activities of a commercial, administrative and operative nature. S/he is expected to carry out whatever tasks are deemed necessary, including clerical duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and guiding junior staff in their daily work to enhance their relationship with customers;
- Assisting the branch manager in ensuring the smooth running of the unit;
- Ensuring a high level of service to customers at all times;
- Achieving the Bank’s objectives for profitability and business growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess a qualification in Banking & Finance, Business or a related subject at Degree or Diploma level. He/she must have a minimum of four years banking experience in a similar role with a high level of energy and drive to achieve challenging targets. Excellent communication skills are essential.
