Administrative Officer - E-Channels Unit

The Bank is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join its E-Channels Unit.

Duties and responsibilities

The selected applicant will be responsible for:

  • working on projects, mainly related to cards and internet banking, ATMs and other channels or products;
  • assisting in the development and testing of new and existing features of the Bank's internet banking services; 
  • handling tasks related to the management of the Bank's ATM network that fall within the responsibility of the Unit; 
  • assisting in card-related tasks that fall within the responsibilities of the Unit; and 
  • the carrying out of daily operational tasks.  

Competencies and experience

The potential candidate should have a positive attitude, be well-organised, with a disposition to learn and a meticulous and team-oriented. 

You must also:

  • adopt a meticulous and methodological approach to work;
  • be able to work on own initiative; 
  • be solutions driven;
  • be resilient;
  • have knowledge of banking and accounting fundamentals;
  • be proficient in the use of MS Office applications; and 
  • an IT background with experience in testing as well as knowledge of the card business will be considered an asset.
